The Office Management Intern will work alongside the support staff of the Disability Resource Center. In addition to working with our team to manage the daily operations of the DRC, this intern will gain opportunities to gain experience and skills in a number of other NACE competencies.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting DRC Staff with Administrative Duties.
  • Database Management and Entry.
  • Managing Staff Appointments.
  • Processing Student Intake and Accommodations.
  • Operating and Proctoring Testing Services.
  • And more.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Competent with Office Software (Office/Google).
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to Stay on task and be Self Driven.
